Dr. David Leffler, Executive Director at the Center for Advanced Military Science (CAMS) at the Institute of Science, Technology and Public Policy wrote a letter to retired Italian General Giuseppe Cafrio, the President of the Research Committee on Armed Forces and Conflict Resolution RC01 for the International Sociological Association about Invincible Defense Technology. Dr. Cafrio published the letter in the Armed Forces and Conflict Resolution November 2008 Newsletter.
