Cetron, President, Forecasting International presented an academic paper entitled “55 Trends for Cyberwar” at “Future of Information Warfare and Information Operations” on 18 March 2009 at the US Army War College. The conference was sponsored by the Joint Information Operations Program Office (JIOPO), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the National Security Agency (NSA). Dr. David R. Leffler, the Executive Director at the Center for Advanced Military Science (CAMS) published predictions about Invincible Defense Technology in this paper. It is now available online.
