Book:
Terrorism, Retaliation and Victory by Colonel Brian M. Rees
Terrorism, Retaliation and Victory — Awaken the Soul of America to Defeat Terrorism Without Casualties is a book/ebook by Colonel Brian M. Rees, Medical Corps, US Army Reserve. Published in 2003, this book discusses Invincible Defense Technology as a means to overcome terrorism.
From the book jacket:
The availability of weapons of mass destruction makes today’s terrorism a danger of unprecedented magnitude. Our enemy is motivated by dynamics that are beyond the ability of our diplomatic and economic muscle to control. While we can count on our armed forces to prevail against the opposition on the battlefield, ultimately, military retaliation alone is not likely to create a satisfactory endstate. True sustained victory will require that the US adapt in many ways. All the required changes are true to the values of America, including cutting edge psychological operations, and would herald the onset of fundamental spiritual enlivenment.
