Therefore it is important to know that a powerful scientifically-validated, cost-effective stress reduction tool is available to police and military, known in military circles as Invincible Defense Technology (IDT). IDT is an innovative application of Transcendental Meditation (TM) that has proven itself effective to reduce stress and high tensions, for individuals as well as for society…

Video Documents Ukraine Military Deployment of Invincible Defense Technology

The International Conference on Comprehensive Assistance for Participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Ukraine for Integration to Civilian Life was held at the “Central House of Officers” in Kiev, Ukraine. This conference was co-sponsored by NATO, the David Lynch Foundation of Ukraine, and the State Service of Ukraine on War Veterans and Participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation. The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved their own TM pilot study. For more information including pictures, read this report by Ekkehart Kahl.

Due to the success of this international conference the Ukraine military has initiated the implementation phase of Invincible Defense Technology (IDT) deployment. For more details, see this short online video “Creating Peace in Ukraine” from DLFTV. It is hoped that a Ukrainian Prevention Wing of the Military staffed with military Invincible Defense Technology experts will be fully-operational soon.

Lasting peace could be established in Ukraine soon because the powerful IDT human-resource-based defense technology disallows negative trends, thereby preventing enemies from arising

The ultimate defense is to create no enemies; which means no war or terrorism, and full security with happy and productive lives for everyone

For these reasons, the IDT approach is advocated by the Global Union of Scientists for Peace (GUSP). This non-profit organization hosted an international conference in Kiev, Ukraine ( see: ). Renowned Ukrainian leaders Lt. General (Ret.) Vasyl Krutov, former chief of the Ukraine Anti-Terrorism Center as well as Academician Dr. Sergiy Maksymenko, a distinguished Ukrainian research scientist are among the impressive list of participants who spoke at or voiced their support for IDT. Others included: President Joachim Chissano of Mozambique, who applied innovative IDT programs to end their civil war; and retired Ecuadorian Lt. General José Villamil, who also applied IDT to end war between Ecuador and Peru.

You work out, you take care of your body, you do Transcendental Meditation, it helps you take care of your mind. The powerful part of that is that it actually, physiologically improves your brain functioning.” This article features a short online DLFTV video “Transcendental Meditation at Norwich University” describing the successful implantation of the TM program at this oldest private military college in the United States.

Dr. Leffler’s Letter Published in New York City, South Korea & Nigeria

Posted on May 14th, 2016

If readers have been following the world news lately, that there have been some terrible things going on in high-stressed places such as Nigeria, Iraq, Pakistan and tensions are running high in South Korea as well. These publications listed below are very concerned about the grave dangers they are facing, and they are now open to the great potential that Invincible Defense Technology (IDT) provides to quickly save many lives and prevent great suffering, at nominal cost. Perhaps this explains why they opted to publish Dr. David Leffler’s query letter in lieu of waiting for the actual article that he proposed to send them in the future.

As a nine-year US military veteran Dr. Leffler especially appreciated the version published in South Korea, where they added a picture of the world famous general Sun Tzu (孫子 or 孫武: BC545-BC470).

Here is a list of the IDT “eager beavers” to date that have published the query letter without waiting for the actual article:

NIGERIA: Dr. David Leffler (11 May 2016). Dr. Leffler Writes Masterweb On How Ukraine & US IDT Developments Affect Armed Forces Worldwide. Masterweb.

NEW YORK CITY: Dr. David Leffler (9 May 2016). Invincible Defense Technology – Military Use In Ukraine And Elsewhere. ValueWalk.

SOUTH KOREA: Dr. David Leffler (9 May 2016). How Ukraine & US IDT Developments Affect Armed Forces Worldwide including S. Korea. The Seoul Times.

In Dr. Leffler’s query letter readers will notice that he referenced an excellent article about Norwich University written by the David Lynch Foundation. Due to my query letter, The Lahore Times in Pakistan published this article and included two online videos from DLFTV:

Transcendental Meditation at Norwich University

These two short videos documenting IDT developments regarding the military of Ukraine and at Norwich University are powerful. Dr. Leffler hopes readers will watch them carefully soon.
